Our warranty policy is only in effect for products that are received as defective, different style or size from what you actually ordered. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused and unwashed within 7 days of shipment. All exchanges must be in the original condition and must be accompanied with the original packaging and sales slip

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 15 days.
